1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked at purchase)
- Custom-made/personalized products
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
- Initiate your return via our Returns Portal
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship using the prepaid label (US) or your preferred carrier (international)
4. Refunds
- Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect items
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- Refund issued to original payment method
5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. For a different size/color, please place a new order.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
7. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Customs/duties are non-refundable
